OnePlus 7 Pro's QHD+ Display is Certified for HDR10+

Calling it a "display of the future," the OnePlus 7 Pro joins a handful of flagships that offers HDR10+: "HDR10+ provides frame-by-frame adjustments for optimum representation of contrast from the HDR source content. HDR10+ also produces 4,000 nits of peak brightness, a massive increase of 3,000 nits compared to HDR10. Being an open format, it's licence and royalty free and therefore easily adoptable by manufacturers and content producers with quality maintained through an HDR10+ certification and logo program." OnePlus Teases the New Triple Rear Camera of the OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus will bring out the OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro on May 14 and it's already starting their teaser campaign. Under the hashtag #OnePlus7Series we get the first official nod to the new triple camera that's expected to  be a highlight of the OnePlus 7 Pro ( but is unlikely to appear on the OnePlus 7). The teaser carries the laconic message " Bells and whisle make noise. We make phones." The triple camera is expected to consist of a 3x zoom camera, an 117Â degree ultra-wide unite an d a 48MP regular module. The latter will appear in the OnePlus 7'' dual camera setup, likely accompanied by second 24MP camera. The price expected to start €700 ( approx. Rs. 54,600).

OnePlus to Open its R&D facility in Hyderabad

Chinese OEM OnePlus has announced plans to open its Research and Development centre in India, showcasing the growing importance of India as a market for the company. Despite inching towards premium segment pricing with every phone release, OnePlus has been finding increasing success in the country. The R&D facility will be located in Hyderabad, and will play a critical role in the development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning software for OnePlus products, as well as drive innovations. India is currently one of the biggest markets for OnePlus, notwithstanding the fact that the company has largely shed its affordable flagship tag. OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition to be Launched with 10GB RAM, 256GB Storage on December 11

OnePlus is announcing a special edition 6T in cooperation with McLaren on December 11. The partnership was revealed a couple of days ago, but no details about the smartphone have been outed on that occasion. Now a new  report  says we should expect a OnePlus 6T with 10GB of RAM and 256GB of storage to be that McLaren edition device. That would make it King of RAM in the smartphone space, since not one other device has so far gone beyond the McLaren logo on the back, to set itself apart from the other 6T variants. The OnePlus 6T McLaren edition will be introduced in India on December 12 the day after the London event. Expect this to be a limited edition product, so if you're interested in the bragging rights that come owning a smartphone with 10GB of RAM, make sure you'll be ready to purchase one as soon as it drops.

OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Variant to Launch in India Soon

OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Colour Variant OnePlus launched the OnePlus 6T last month, and made it available in Midnight Black and Mirror Black colour options. A few days after, it launched the Thunder Purple variant in China, and now the company has announced that the same colour option is coming to other markets globally, including India. OnePlus 6T comes with a few upgrades from the OnePlus 6, the main ones being the waterdrop-shaped notch, the in-display fingerprint scanner and the bigger battery. OnePlus 5G Capable Smartphone will Arrive in Early 2019 and will not be the OnePlus 7

OnePlus has already confirmed that the company will launch a 5G-enabled smartphone next year. However, apart from the tentative launch schedule, the company has not shared any details about the device. Now it’s being said that OnePlus’ 5G smartphone will be a part of a new series with a new name and a new design. A OnePlus spokesperson told a Spanish version of CNET that  its 5G smartphone will be a different device and it has nothing to do with the OnePlus 7. It means the OnePlus 6T s uccessor will not support 5G connectivity. The company said that the 5G handset will be a part of a new lineup that will offer the all-new design language. The OnePlus 6T is Now Available in Purple Colour in China

OnePlus 6T in Purple Colour When the  OnePlus 6T  was officially announced last week, the Chinese manufacturer revealed two colours - both of them black. According to  9to5google   OnePlus 6T is now available in purple.  The top of the phone is a black colour but it slowly turns into light purple colour, almost lavender colour towards the bottom.  This model  is on the way  but unfortunately, it is exclusive to China. The  purple OnePlus 6T is available in China with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
